Great location! Very close to everything I need. This was my first time away from home, yet it truly felt like home. The apartment had everything I required, and any request was met within minutes. Most importantly, I can’t thank the front desk manager, Peter, and his colleagues enough. Peter responded promptly to my requests and made me feel incredibly welcome. He also helped combine my multiple bookings during my stay. I originally planned to stay just a few nights but ended up using this place as my base during my time in Phnom Penh. it was amazing. 3 nights we had at shangri-la Hotel was baran new, so everything was clean , staff very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing river view. breakfast was good and interesting options to choose. we also tried dinner there, which totally was good, but beef berger was amazing.
