Great place to stay in Siem Reap. It is true what people say about transportation at the hotel. If you want to visit Angkor Wat the best is to use the $18 tuktuk driver at the hotel - will take you everywhere and not bore you with details. We also called a Grab and it turned out it was the driver parked in front of the hotel - mere seconds away. This stop was a week into our trip so we needed to do laundry. The laundry in front of the hotel is fantastic! They offered to do laundry for US$0.50 per Kg if overnight or US$1 per Kg if same day - either a real bargain, and they fold everything so well. (Or there is a self-service laundry nearby, but why, when you can get it done for you!) There are fantastic restaurants near there. Nick Restaurant is amazing and inexpensive. Nearby Red Apple restaurant is also great. The restaurant at the Cheathata Angkor hotel is truly exceptional - a massive menu of good food at great prices.

For the first time in my life, I want to rate a hotel 100. It was an incredible vacation, I have never seen such attitude from the staff anywhere. Everything was impeccable, now we want to come back here again! The whole holiday there was a feeling that you are a truly welcome guest, our holiday included a massage, transfer from the airport, as well as a complimentary bottle of wine and a birthday cake, thank you very much, you are the best!

Perfect traditional style hotel, excellent services, front desk Ms. Lum, thank you very much for sending our sons jacket all the way to Phnom Penh, so kind and professional of you, also Sinan - warm welcome along with the waiting staff at the reception always coming and greeting us with warm wet towels. Rooms so clean and nice, everyday flowers, cookies, music in the room. Dinner in the restaurant perfect experience thanks to the two ladies who are serving dinner so kind, professional ,efficient and welcoming. Perfect massages as well. Recommended you to our daughter Una and son in law Tim and they are coming in spring !

This resort was tremendously relaxing. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The suites were huge, as we were upgraded to a 3-bed room. Very well equipped, with amazing rooftop, and view of the pool. It was super comfortable, in the middle of the lush green, but at the same time you could easily get to town with tuk tuk. We really enjoyed our stay, partly because the temperature was very pleasant, cool in the morning and evening, and warm during the day. There was a spa, yoga and also crystal sound bowl sessions, but we didn't try it as we were more focused on seeing Siem Reap.

World class experience at this beautiful villa, Waka, which really outclassed the photos seen on website. We are just so impressed with the genuine service, design and the little touch points like bidet toilet bowl, wireless charging, water dispenser with ready hot and cold water and the eat all you can breakfast is actually available till 5pm! You can even order it to be served by the pool or in the villa. Everything is just too good to be true! We felt so much at home and this is thanks to the warm hospitality from the Waka family. We enjoyed the dinner, wine and massage (masseur skill is very good and takes good care of the guest) very much, love the super king size bed and a large private pool. I’m really honoured to be the first Singaporean group to stay here and it’s definitely a place I will come back again when in Siem Reap. Just love the amenities, vibes and facilities. Really appreciate the room upgrade and the awesome, humble and friendly service from Masao (MD), Seam (residence host) and the whole team who have helped to make our stay so memorable! Hope to see you guys again! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Siem Reap!

    Jaya House is exceptional in every way. The facilities, staff, food and service are classy and staff went out of their way to give us everything we needed and more. The hotel room and overall design of the hotel are better than 5 stars. We felt pampered in this tropical wonderland. We will be back to stay longer next year. Our personal staff member Neath was polite, friendly and warm and she made us feel very special. A definite place to stay for any occasion.
