Everything here was on point..from the crisp linens to the gourmet-style meals and the spotless pool area. You can tell they’ve thought of every detail to make the stay special. The service felt personalized, and the whole property had a boutique luxury vibe. Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Sri Lanka.

Great vibes day and night! Wonderful sense of friendship from all the staff. Everyone who visited daily, left with a smile! Especially those who surfed, and had lessons! I had my first lesson with Imma … what a fabulous experience!!! Always felt welcome and part of the Sabine community ❤️

An absolute gem of a villa. The property is located in the most convenient location with access to convenient stores, restaurants and the beach. The villa is very spacious, spotless and looks exactly like in the pictures. The beds are so comfy. The service from the villa butlers has to be the highlight. We arranged our meals from them and they were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended

We loved our stay! This is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is built on a hill and can only be reached by a funicular railway or a long staircase. Due to its elevated location, you truly feel part of the jungle, with a stunning view to match. The highlight of our visit was definitely the monkeys – but a word of caution: if you're not a fan of monkeys, this might not be the place for you, as they can be quite intrusive. They even stole my sunscreen and almost broke into our room, as they are able to open the door (always lock the door!). The bar and staff were outstanding – very dedicated and friendly. We loved relaxing at the pool on top of the hotel.

The place is really beatiful, clean and peaceful. It is outside of very busy Mirissa, but still very close - 7min by scooter / tuk tuk. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is sweet, kind and will help you to organise anything you need. The place is right by the lake, you can take a boat and enjoy beautiful sunset there. For the breakfast you get fresh fruits, smoothie, eggs on your preffered way, tea, coffee. We prolonged the stay and would come back in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ubuntu Beach villas! 💜 Lakmal and the staff looked after us so well and we felt very spoiled. The villas are absolutely stunning and very special, completely beach front! We very much enjoyed that we could use the facilities and amazing restaurant at the Latern villa also. The food is absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend staying at Ubuntu Beach Villas and will definitely be back!!! Everything was perfect: Amazing view, delicious breakfast, all the other food was great as well. They did everything to accommodate us. Even a late breakfast after whale watching. The accommodation is very clean en very stylish/chique. The sunbeds are the best we had in Sri Lanka. Great shoutout to all the staff. They were the best.
