The property and the surroundings are just amazing, the room is new, clean and the resort has many different amenities enjoyable during the stay. What has made the staying so good was the staff, especially Mr Chandana who took promptly care of us and of any necessities we had. Best hotel we have stayed in during our Sri Lanka roundtrip. Everything was perfect from the moment of arrival until check-out. The manager and the full team are so friendly and attentive. The rooms are big, bright, clean and come with amazing views over the beach and sea. Breakfast is delicious and extensive. Dinner menu is also great. They even arrange a 4-course candle light dinner at the beach upon request. The location of the hotel is nice, directly at a super beautiful beach, a little more quiet than busy Mirissa and easy to get around with affordable Tuk Tuk. Nice dinner restaurant, Zephir, also close by, only 5 minutes walk on the beach. Highly recommend Vis Ta Vie Mirissa - we will definitely be back!

The property is beautiful and quiet with great service and facilities. Rooms are very spacious with a large spacious bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. Great food, very considerate staff! Location's a little away from popular Mirissa sites but it's a neat little property and great value for money.

It is an amazing villa, with a staff, everyone was super kind and helpful. The place was very comfortable, and not crowded at all in january, sometimes even felt is just for us, but the villa has 8 rooms. Food was also brilliant. The whole beach was very peaceful and clean. If you want to hide away, but be close (20 min with tuktuk) to frequent places, than you find the perfect choice.

his was our best hotel out of 5 hotels we visited during our 2 week stay in Srilanka. my family consists of 2+2, and the ocean suite on the ground floor was perfect for us. It has direct access to the beach, pool and restaurant through the terrace window which is great when you have kids. The water in the pool is very warm so my kids spend long hours there, it also has two shallow areas which can be great for toddlers or for sunbathing in the shallow water. It is about 20 feet long so it was great for swimming too. The sunbeds were very comfortable and the view of the ocean was perfect. The breakfast consisted of coffee or tea, fresh juice, a fruit plate, a choice of muffin, croissants or my favorite banana bread and one of 11 amazing breakfasts a la carte. As for the noise from the street it wasn't a problem for me, you only notice it during the day if you want to spend some time in silence in your room. When you are next to the pool you will not hear it. At night drivers don't use their horns and the noise from the street is similar to the sound of ocean waves. I regret that I couldn't stay longer.

The accommodation itself is rather average. But what makes the stay special is the family you stay with. Hospitality is very important here and you can have great conversations about Sri Lanka or the world. Rarely could I build a direct connection so quickly and enjoyed it. So if you are not into those anonymous hotels, but want to have direct contact with the locals, then I can only recommend a stay here. The location of the accommodation is a bit outside pretty much between Mirissa and Weligama. The way to the beach to Weligama is not far away and you can walk here for miles. This was really nice. The way to Mirissa is not so nice, but a ride with the tuktuk is recommended. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and would return anytime.

The photos don't do this place justice, I fell completely in love. The second I walked in and saw the views I was awestruck by the magnificent views, we stayed in Sri Lanka for a month and we spent most of our trip at Villa Vista.
