Horizon Inn is a quiet guest house on a green village street. I spent there a few weeks. Seya is a great person and the most caring host, she treats you like family) Rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly, ac works well, bed is nice. Bathroom is also clean and functional (it has a countertop, which is great), water pressure is good. You get a bath towel and a beach towel, you can also get a hair dryer. In fact, you can ask Seya about anything, and she will help)) Breakfasts are very good, served on a lovely rooftop, you can ask for something specific if you like. WiFi is great. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable in Seya's guest house. A nice little Jungle beach (with a surf spot too) is 2 mins away, as well as 4-5 restaurants within 10 min walk. Weligama is 5 mins away on a bike or tuk. Also a bus stop close by. The neighborhood is generally very friendly.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Coastline Mirissa. It is a gorgeous hotel, staff are so accommodating, the food is delicious there and the views are amazing. The owners were really lovely too. My children loved seeing the monkeys and feeding the fish everyday and there is a lift up and down to the hotel which makes for a fun adventure for everyone. Would definitely stay here again.
