Staff - Management and team were exceptional from arrival to departure. So welcoming and informative. Perfect hosts. Room - the villa was exceptional with incredible design and features - including outdoor shower and indoor trees. Great seating and decor. Food - dinner and breakfast was superb . Served in the villa and in the restaurant area. The food was the best we’d had in Sri Lanka.

Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. The food was delicious, the drinks were well balanced and tasty! The design of the tents is absolutely beautiful! Our ranger, Buddi and driver, Laky were so knowledgeable and great. Shashika our cutest co-ordinator was lively and surprised us with an anniversary dinner at the beach.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Yala Resort, a lovely and unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shashi from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and made me feel instantly at home. Her genuine care set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thanks to Vino, the Front Office Manager, for being so helpful and attentive throughout my visit. At the restaurant, Isuru was outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. He made every meal even more enjoyable with his excellent service. One of the highlights of my trip was the beach walk guided by Chathura. His knowledge about the local wildlife and environment was impressive, and he explained everything in such a passionate and engaging way. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by wildlife and natural beauty!! I couldn’t ask for more, thanks for everything.

Uga chena huts were like a heaven on earth. Amazing scenery, amazing ambience , amazing eco friendly architecture , amazing team to take care of you and pamper you with attention and great food presented in Michelin star way. Lovely stay in Wild Trails Yala by Suri! The hotel is located extremely close to Yala National Park down a dust covered bumpy road! You really feel like you are in the middle of the jungle! The tent accommodation is beautifully designed and feels like luxury! Goshie, the hotel manager, could not have been more helpful! He was so attentive and we learned so much from him about Sri Lanka in general but also about Yala National Park. Goshie organised everything for us from onwards transportation to both an evening and morning safaris. Pathum, our driver, was fantastic, he was so knowledgeable about the animals in Yala and tried his best to ensure we got to experience the best of Yala National Park! We were lucky enough to spot a leopard on both drives thank you Pathum!

This is the most worthwhile hotel on our Sri Lanka trip! The photos cannot fully capture the comfort and beauty of the hotel! The wooden cottage we lived in was located in the forest and was very comfortable! The hotel and the other side of Jetwing Yala share a buffet and beach bar. The staff is very friendly! No matter what our needs are, the staff comes to serve us immediately. The food at Jungle Hotel is delicious! This is definitely a place worth coming back to!
