From the moment we arrived at the hotel until we left 6 days later we were treated like royalty. This hotel and the staff especially were absolutely amazing! If I could give the hotel 11 out of 10 I would. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we come back.

Location, breakfast, staff and room. All was more than perfect. Parking was very easy, just use parking Bab Jdid is at the end of the medina , it is very easy and safe to park there. The breakfast was really good and a good variety and fresh food. The room was quite large with good air-conditioning and the bathroom was really clean.

Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

The Marriott ensures impeccable service and it never disappoints me. The amazing staff ensures to make it a pleasant stay. A young lady named Noura at the reception was very welcoming & ensured that my stay was pleasant & comfortable. She helped me at the time of troubleshooting too. I would absolutely recommend this Riad to everyone! I stayed here with my girlfriend Sabina for two nights. The Riad is run by young guys who truly do everything they can to make guests feel comfortable and at home. You can really see that they do their job with love, and with this review, I want to thank and support them for their wonderful work. We were welcomed by Muhammad (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), and since we arrived early in the morning, he welcomed us with a delicious breakfast and tea, which we received as a kind gesture. The accommodation is in a great location, between two main streets in Fes. After breakfast, Muhammad sat down with us on the couch and took his time explaining the city map and giving us many great recommendations on where to go. Every day he asked how was our day. I really like to remember one evening when we sat on the couch with Muhammad and his friend, drinking tea and having a friendly two-hour conversation about Moroccan and European culture, religion, and traveling. That was what I liked the most – Muhammad and his colleagues were really interested in their guests, they made friends with them, and really wanted to get to know them. The accommodation is clean, colorful, safe, and a true example of honest human work. When we left Fes for Marrakech early in the morning, we got a breakfast to go and even a handwritten note with tips on what to visit in Marrakech. A few months ago, my fiancee (now wife) and I, were desperately searching for a wedding venue with no luck, when just by chance, whilst searching for somewhere to eat at lunchtime, we came across a small sign in the road saying "Dar Lys". Upon entering the luxury Riad and Spa, we knew immediately, this was where we wanted to get married! The staff are amazing, friendly, smiling and always do whatever they can to help make your stay more memorable. Dar Lys is easily accessible by car, the rooms are luxurious, clean and modern, the rooftop pool is fantastic, offering breathtaking views all around Fes and the food, (breakfast in particular) is incredible, which is why we came back for that alone again and again! The staff worked tirelessly to give us whatever we needed and nothing was ever a problem, which is why our wedding at Dar Lys turned out to be an occasion my wife and I will never forget. Doha, the Operations Manager needs a special mention as she makes it feel like a family run business, where everyone makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable as if you're in your own home. As someone who has stayed in many many top hotels around the world, I genuinely hope the world can see this review, as anyone who visits Fes in Morocco, needs to stay at Dar Lys, you will have the most amazing time!
