Excellent hotel, great location, amazing ambience, excellent service. Wonderful room, felt like kings! Just next to the main square. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the receptionist took care of all our needs and Rabie at the breakfast was just great!

Fatima from the reception was very attentive to my needs especially when there was a cancellation in my tour to a different city and I needed to stay for another night.She helped me with my needs and was able to stay for another night in a short notice. I also like the friendliness of the staff. During my stay, I always need my breakfast early because of my activities and the staff always prepares my breakfast in a timely manner. Mohammed is cheerful in serving just like the rest of the staff.

We arrived in Marrakesh and were welcomed with genuine hospitality. The hosts were so sincere and kind. One of the hosts (Utman) cooked us an early breakfast even before the chef arrived for the day because we had to leave for an early tour. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is also very ideal - they are secluded within the bazaar alleyway, close enough to be within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions such as jama el finaa, badi palace, etc. The feeling in the riad is very intimate because there are only 8 other guests.

Ibrahim and the team treated us so well since we arrived to the riad. He's very attentive, welcoming and friendly, always up for helping us with everything. There is one word to describe my stay at this magnificent hotel; SUBLIME. The only negative part of my stay was the fact that I had to leave at all. Until I am able to return (hopefully soon), I will keep this magnificent hotel in my dreams. The attention to detail in every aspect of this facility is astounding, and they deserve their Relais Chateaux status in every single way. The design is a work of art in every area. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating and each one is truly there to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool area is a haven of tranquility, the spa is superb, the bedrooms are stately and exquisite, the restaurant, lounges and bars are beautiful (I did not eat much due to allergy diet restrictions), and you will likely find yourself leaving begrudgingly when your checkout time arrives. Staff members who were exceptionally helpful and stood out during the stay were: Abdul, Miriam, Yassin, and Assoul (hope I recall correctly, the bartender..) at the pool, Sallim and Yousef at the front desk, Mouna who gave massage at the spa, and honestly just everyone was amazing, and I apologize for the names I did not remember and am not mentioning. The owner should be proud of this fine establishment with equally fine staff members. I have stayed in many 5*+ hotels worldwide, and this one has now truly hit the top of my list. I look forward to returning as soon as possible, inchallah 🙌🏻.
