The room was very comfortable. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities. The a la carte breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was convenient for sightseeing. The interior of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though it was in a busy downtown area. The security was excellent.

Absolutely everything was great. The room itself, the extremely helpful staff. We had a problem with a booking tour. The receptionist had and hour-long call with the agency to make sure we’ll get our money back, as we don’t speak Spanish. They helped us to get a better tour. Excelent client service. The bed was great, really hard, nice bathroom and big selection at the hotel breakfast.

    Very professional, helpful and courteous staff. High comfort level. Pool is really great, with warm water, and the pool courtyard lovely at night. Restaurant chef cooked for you anything you wanted from the long menu. I stayed almost 2 weeks and it felt like home, only more luxurious.

    the staff is magnificent, they are the only thing that could make me think that I was in a 5 stars hotel. I travel quite a bit in the staff in this hotel are the best but I can’t say the same for the hotel.
