Very nice hotel, clean and modern, located not far from the hotel. Hotel provides a shuttle to and from, 12 mins with no traffic, and 20 mins with traffic. Staff is super nice. Hotel within a small mall and the gym was basic but did the job. Our flight arrived late, so we elected to stay here one night before heading into the city center. Worked out well.

My partner and I and our young baby stayed for four nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English which was very helpful for us. Our room was large and clean. The hotel itself has a great bar and several restaurants (the margaritas are excellent). It’s walking distance to the attractions and we also did a tour to the pyramids through the hotel which I would recommend. The gym was very well equipped with a great view over the city. We used the pool a lot too. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience, we stayed for 9 nights and we could have not asked for a better place! The whole hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey and the rooms are equipped with everything!! Location is a dream, and there is a 24 hour receptionist / security on guard. We have found our second home in Mexico! The location is great (next to Rosetta Bakery) and the house really feels like a home in it's setup. The staff was lovely, breakfast just right, and the bed really comfortable. We did not have enough time to enjoy the roof terrace, but it was also nice from the way it looked.

    The location cannot be better, the hotel is in the heart of Mexico City, it is one little Block from Monument of Independence (Angel de la Independencia). if you are tourist this hotel is perfect for you. The hotel is a little old, you can see the floors and ceilings in the rooms with some details. Beds are good to rest as you will stay in at 5 Stars Hotel.
