The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The room was spacious and comfy. The location is marvelous, by the IOI City Mall. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

I arrived in KL to visit friends, so the outside KL location suited my arrangements (hotel is halfway between KLIA and KLCC). Expecting a budget hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The standard is far higher than the rating suggested when compared with a European Hotel. Room was very spacious, clean and with all necessary facilities. Breakfast is in a very nice adjacent traditional building across from the hotel entrance. a very pleasant morning experience.
