The food was a highlight of our experience—every meal was a delight, and we found ourselves eagerly anticipating breakfast and dinner each day. Favorites included the banana lassi (a must-have at every meal), the fresh salads, creamy mushroom soup, Nepali thali, butter paneer, and the indulgent gulab jamun. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after exploring the area. THE CHEF VICKY WAS AN AMAZING PERSON. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO CATER AN AMAZING CHRISTMAS DINNER. HE WAS SO PLEASANT AND PERSONALLY ATTENDED TO US. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY VISITING POKARA TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. STAFF ARE EXTREMELY PLEASANT.

What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail of the employees. They were so attentive, friendly and polite. The manager is a lovely lady who welcomed us when we checked in with cold towels and a nice drink. She was outstanding. The bar personnel were also great and the employee (can’t remember her name) who told us that she worked in housekeeping and was now working in reception, was absolutely amazing. The food was great and very well priced although the menu is not too big. Overall we had a great stay and we will come back.
