The Hotel was nice and quiet. Rooms are spacious and good for family. There were 2 pools and it was big enough for people to swim. Food at the Qtchn was also delicious. Everyday different menu.

Oh my goodness where do I even start?! What a stunning hotel. I felt like a 5 star princess from the moment I landed to my very last day. The staff is so kind and helpful. Their energy is warm and loving. The facilities are modern and fantastic. The restaurant has great food. Oh my goodness the buffet breakfast??? I wanted to cry every morning cause of how good it was. I legit wish I could live here. I will be back! Thank you for making our holiday so pleasurable. It was worth every dime we spent & MORE ✨✨

Everything about Shangri La Boracay was perfect! Lovely, comfortable, spacious, clean villa. Views were stunning, service was great. Little touches in our villa made us feel special and welcomed upon arrival. Lots of fun activities for our 3 kids as well. Thank you so much having us!

Location of the hotel was the best, walking directly to the beach was an amazing feature for us. Our room had a great view, it was clean and useful. The bed was comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful in every manner. Organization was great, starting from the airport to the hotel and when we were going back. It was a real smooth operation.

    I don't rate the hotel 5 stars at all they lack the experience of hospitality , bad facilities, and F&B . They are using the hotel for the wedding party using the swimming pool and beach and they don't care about the guests . Bad housekeeping , untrained stuff .
