Loved the warm Filipino hospitality of the staff. When you make a request, they take a next step to help solve your problem. The facilities were excellent. The room we stayed in was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and quite relaxing. I'd recommend taking a room with an ocean view, our toddler enjoyed the view of the fish pond from the room.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Hotel.immacuately clean. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful . Great team spirit visible amongst the team. Roof top bar and pools were lovely. Lucky enough to have booked a swim up room which we took full advantage of.

Blue Planet Hotel in Panglao was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and friendly service provided by the staff. If you like quiet and tranquility this place is for you. The villa is gorgeous and spacious. Not too far from the airport and Alona Beach. You can see Alona Beach from the restaurant. The horse riding was pretty great and the horses are very well taken care of. I’ve traveled to so many places and stayed at so many 4-5stars hotels/ resorts, the staffs here is by far the best I’ve seen. Very friendly and attentive. Front desk is very responsive with requests. The staffs even surprise me with birthday cake. I really enjoy all the conversations I had with all the staffs at Donatela. Overall I had a great stay at the resort and felt well rested. Would 10/10 recommend and come back here.

Great facilities and the shuttle into Alona beach was really helpful too! We also liked the buffet breakfast each morning and the staff were really nice. There’s also lots of places to eat within walking distance if you choose not to eat at the restaurant (Korean bbq across the road is so good).
