I absolutely loved this property, the facilities available as well as all the extra excursions for us to do for free was amazing. Your Assistant Front Office Manager Mr Hussain Javaid is an exceptional person! He made sure all our issues were promptly resolved when we initially checked-in after which he continued to follow up with us on a daily basis during our 8 day stay just to make sure that we were enjoying our stay! Your executive lounge on floor 10 is also amaaaazing! I believe you have a new Chinese Chef managing this lounge and I must say that his appetisers and snacks are delicious! I booked Hotel Aladin through Booking.com but couldn’t check in on the same day. However, I stayed there the next day, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. The room was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were soft, and everything was perfectly arranged. The staff was very polite and professional. They welcomed me warmly even though my booking date had passed, and they cooperated with me in every way without any issue. I really appreciated their kindness and quick service. The location is very good and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, I had a peaceful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Karachi. I will definitely choose Hotel Aladin again for my future trips.
