We stayed in Metropol for a week ! The staff was helpful and very friendly since the first minute ! Katarina from the Guestrelations was amazing since the first email we exchanged! The breakfast was fabulous Vasilis and Lia were first class and were fulfilling all our wishes ! So was the rest of the breakfast team (unfortunately I don’t remember any other name ) sorry for that ! The front office manager Mr Uros was very helpful since we had a small misunderstanding, which he managed as he promised and made our stay even better! I can’t recommend metropol palace enough ! Thank you to all the metropol management and team for making our holidays perfect! If I ever visit Belgrade again I know where I’m going to stay ! Erxaristoume !!!

Excellent. This really describes this friendly villa. From the helpful staff when checking in, to the owner who made us breakfast when checking out. The Inhouse restaurant had a great selection of courses, deliciously prepared, it's been a long time we have had such great food The room was spacious, luxurious with high quality materials and very quiet. Great wifi as well Will visit again for sure!
