The customer service was beyond our expectation before flying to Riyadh, the staff were very supportive with all our requests and needs and got even better during our stay. The rooms were amazing and the hotel ambiance was super luxury, not mentioning the perfect location too. One of my favourite boutique hotels in Saudi so far !!

I had a really traumatizing experience with my Uber ride just before arriving at the hotel and was crying a lot because of it. The boys at the reception were very supportive and guided me on how to deal with Uber issues. Mr. Rayyan, in particular was very understanding and gave me an upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, considering it was our anniversary. It truly was a wonderful experience at the hotel in terms of their service and amenities as well. I am bery new to Riyadh and can say that this was my first memorable experience here.

    I would like to thank Mr.Meshal first, and I'm not gonna lie. I've been in the biggest 5 stars hotel around the world This is the best experience ever for me by all means, super clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff, i like the place called "the plaza" within the hotel it was remarkable experience for me i hope every one have it.
