    The staff were superb from start to finish. Jeet the Customer Service manager was super helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do and even booked various things for us. The grounds of the resort are beatifully set amongst water, trees and dense greenery everywhere. Our room had a lovely outside decked area with a jacuzzi and was big and spacious. I've been fortunate over the years to stay in some wonderful places and this is up there as one of the best.

    My stay at Bayphere Hotel was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was immaculate and comfortable. The amenities, especially the restaurant and spa, were top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable experience!

    The pool and beach (not sea) are nice and you can sit and enjoy. Breakfast was good with enough options Overall not worth the money and it's definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. You will have no problems finding Grab to get to the city and also food deliveries are allowed (ie. you can meet the delivery rider in the lobby and don't need to go to the gate like some other hotels handling it). Hotel has much potential but lacks strong management and proper staff training.

    \Breakfast was the best one I've had in 4-5 starts hotels, it offered choices for everyone in the family from 1 yr to 65 yr old, they all compliemented it. The staffs were very nice, smiling and friendly. Bed was very confortable.
