The experience was perfect at all levels. Starting from the free upgrade of our booking to presidential duplex suite, even before our arrival. Hotel management (Mr. Mhiri) was in touch with us thru WhatsApp before our arrival and during our stay to ensure our comfort. Up on our arrival, Mr. Tarek (reception) was very friendly and helpful. The presidential duplex suite was outstanding, spacious and clean with all required items. The kitchen has all supplies. The suite has been cleaned perfectly daily. Breakfast is very good with various options. Free car vallet is available at the hotel. Nice and helpful team. Spa and in-door swimming pool are also available. The swimming pool is perfect. All our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mhiri for his follow up, to Mr. Tarek for his welcoming and willing to help, to reception team for their support, to Mr. Moncef chief security and all his team for their kindness and support, to Miss Manel chief housekeeping and her team for their kindness and perfection, to all restaurant team. Exceptional buffet dinner and breakfast. The room was modern, very large and spotless. I also thought the welcome plate of fruit and pastries was a nice touch. Very friendly staff.
