The pool staff (some, not all) is very rude and unfriendly; the visit to the pool can become a pretty unpleasant experience. We twice received phone calls in which we were accused to have stolen the pool towels. Also, pool personal talked very bad about us, not aware that we could understand Mandarin Not a five star hotel, the pool does not deserve more than one. However, whole property is old and a lot of common spaces requires renovation (gym, recreation centre) - with paint peeling off the walls and unpleasant smell in the elevators.
