Really superb stay. Very spacious for 2, has a nice bathtub and separate shower, two sinks, snacks and water bottles provided. Very clean as well, and this is really important for me as I’m a clean freak. Staff were really friendly and helpful all the time as well!

As soon as you enter, the staff on the first floor welcome you and guide you to reception, offering a very pleasant iced tea after your journey to arrive. A very warm welcome from reception, a spacious, clean and perfectly equipped room. A perfect relaxation area, with everything available on site. A pleasant pool with a lovely view. Everything has been thought of for visitors. Breakfast is a large and varied buffet, both sweet and savory. Perhaps the 10 a.m. opening time is a bit tight, but understandable since the place welcomes visitors for lunch. Really pleasantly surprised by this hotel, if I get the chance, I'll be back.

We booked the premium room and it was very well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious and well designed, there was a small pantry with a minibar and coffee machine and kettle, lots of storage space for 2 travellers. We really liked the small sitting area which allowed us to enjoy the room without sitting on the bed. The bed is very comfortable. In the morning you can start your day in the lobby and outdoor sitting area for coffee and soy milk. In the evening, drinks and snacks. Bravo!

Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

Great staff! Thank you for the team. They were super helpful and more than willing to help. Everything you need is in the hotel room. Hotel facilities (sauna, gym, swimming pool) and restaurants are in great condition. There are two big shopping malls in walking distance. The museum and Songshan airport is just 5-10 mins by car. Will definately stay here again.

The hotel is in Da'an - it's a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. Absolutely loved this neighbourhood! Minutes away from two train stations (Da'an and Xinyi Anhe station), walking distance to a night market, lots of convenience stores. We can even walk to Taipei 101! Hotel staff were polite and warm! Kids amenities were provided - made us feel very welcomed! It was all in the details. Fantastic stay! We will definitely stay at Madison Taipei again. Highly recommended for families~

The room is spacious, well furnished with armchairs, a bay window seat with a beautiful view to the city, and Taipei 101! Two big windows overlooking the city with morning sunlight streaming in, how fantastic is that! The beds are big and comfortable - good night sleep! Hotel staff in general are good, some are better than others! A big shout out is reserved tor Sarah, who was on lifeguard duty on our last night at the rooftop pool. She went above and beyond to make my family feel special ! Thanks!

    Everything about this hotel is five star except the price. Although the lobby with its small size was a little underwhelming, I soon found out the staff and service is as good as any luxury hotel. They make a point of always opening the door when you enter and that's just the start of it. I loved the location too. MRT is 5 minutes walk away, and also Taipei Main Station is within walking distance at about 15 minutes. Everything is nearby from luxury shopping to breakfast and dining.

    Lived up to its 5 stars status, all staff in hotel are well trained, all processes are well managed. Generous in their supply of room's daily top up. We had a family room, with our own onsen pool and cold pool. Great view as well. Set Breakfast to choose and it was fine. Car park available. French and Chinese restaurant to choose for dinner too.
