ItalyEverything was very clean! Also the kitchen and all the kitchenware.
Also the stuff and service was really great. Indeed, late in the evening we had an issue and there was no hot water. We call the reception and after few minutes someone came and solved the issue. Within just 30min we had hot water again! Fast and professional service.

United StatesThe design of the rooms and the courtyard is done in a very beautiful style. The hotel staff is also very polite and helpful with all inquiries.
The breakfast is delicious and substantial. I liked that it changes every day, and the waiters make sure if the offered option suits you. If desired, it can be changed.
