The location was great - a 9 minute walk to Cat Ba Town - and quiet. The views across Halong Bay were spectacular. The dining room staff were so attentive to our needs - it was almost personal service!

Hotel was very kind to upgrade us to the bigger room with living room. Very beautiful hotel building with spectacular view of the bay. We should've stay for more nights, can't enjoy the beach enough.

This cruise is lovely. Great attention to detail and all amenities on board are very modern. The Massive Yatch is well kept and is definitely worth a visit, even if only for one night. The food was delicious with premium Waygu and Lobster on the menu. Activities galore, family friendly without it being over crowded or lacking in privacy.

definitely an exceptional experience. I went with my spouse to celebrate our anniversary. all the staffs were kind and friendly. the room was also clean. we saw a towel with stains on it but we just set it aside and didn't use, so it was fine. the food was also well prepared and delicious.
