Beautiful, comfortable hotel and a very efficient and friendly staff. The therapists at the spa were very well trained and we enjoyed our massages there. Amee the PR young lady was very helpful and cheerful and took care of our needs during our entire stay. Would definitely return.

The most beautiful hotel I stayed at while in Vietnam. Dreamy decor, clean and spacious rooms, infinite fresh options at breakfast and exceptional services. The staff was so eager to help and actually did help a lot on more than two occasions. Just brilliant.

My husband and I stayed two nights in Cozy Savvy. When I checked in, the hotelier Vi gave us some recommendations on local food, attractions, and general tips to travel around. The map she gave us was really useful, and we used it frequently. We borrowed a bike from the hotel for free, and rode the bike in the town. That was a very memorable activity for us in Hoi An. Our room was cozy and we had a great view of the river. The hotel spa has a good deal and it was the best spa during trip. The breakfast has western food and Vietnamese. Super tasty 😋. All staffs in the hotel were warm and kind. We will definitely come back!😆👍

Simply a wonderful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, preempting any wishes: it seemed like they knew what we desired before we had even phrased our thoughts: that’s truly 5-star service! They took special care of our 4-year-old daughter, which was delightful. The spa was just amazing - I had some of the best massages ever at the Lemongrass Spa! The entire hotel is beautiful and the 2 pools were amazing. Also, it’s probably one of the best locations if you want to be close to the old town of Hoi An (just 5-10mins walk)!

The manager and staff were so hospitable and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with my SIM card. The buffet was really good. The pool was excellent very comfortable. The manager upgraded our room. The property had a Christmas lighting ceremony, which had complementary cocktails and appetizers.

It is situated in a lovely spot by the river and only a short walk to the Old Town. There were multiple pools to choose from which really suited us especially if the main pool was overrun with children. We were also extremely lucky to be upgraded to the Pool Villa which was an outstanding room.

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
