Everything is just beautiful. We loved the rooms. The best of our entire 5 month journey. Since we had connecting rooms, we got the feeling of living in an apartment. The rooms are really spacious. The garden and pool are really beautiful and clean. Almost a little too clean. A person came and dried up the water, as soon as we had walked around the pool. That is a bit too clean for our taste.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay! Truly 5 stars. Gorgeous view of the koi ponds and extensive Japanese gardens right from our balcony. Even beautiful in the rain :) Room was SPOTLESS, never have I seen a hotel in Southeast Asia so sparkling clean! Thank you, Kobe housekeeping. Bed was absolutely massive, extremely comfortable, and had the best pillows. Room included onsen access to 9 pools of mineral HEAVEN, with friendly staff to walk you through it and give you plenty of privacy. Outstanding breakfast far exceeded expectations and included really unique options to break up the monotony of Vietnamese food -- incl. sushi, matcha cakes, steamed taro bunsfreshly brewed specialty teas, a miso soup station, etc. in addition to the standard Asian-style and Western-style offerings. We were even pleasantly suprised by the culinary quality of the room service, and the steak and sushi we had for dinner on the property's restaurant on our last night. Service was top-notch.

One of the classiest, most charming and at the same time authentic places I've ever stayed at. This is exactly what I have imaged as my dreamlike Vietnam accommodation (and I did a LOT of research before our travels). Beyond the stunning architecture (we tried both Vietnamese and French villas), the location is filled with charm, easy enough to navigate the city, and staff have been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Food was yummy, services excellent. Me and my partner truly loved this place.

Outstanding hotel. Location, service, rooms, pool, spa etc. This really is a quality hotel. We're in a delightful shock at the wonderful way we've been treated here. from the minute we were picked up by Trung at the airport to our departure, the experience has been absolutely sublime. I'm running out of words. Currently being transported to Hoi An by Viet in the hotels mini bus. Just the two of us on board!! Ngoc helped us with all our planning and gave us some quality recommendations. Caring patient service. Thank you Ngoc. And thanks to Trung again for teaching us how to say Hue correctly!! The Viet people are the smiliest, friendliest, genuine folk we've ever met and the guys at this hotel are a shining example of that.
