My four-night stay at La Vela was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was simply magnificent. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hue!

The resort is located at a beautiful location. It is very quiet. We stayed in a large villa, tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were excellent, very friendly. We had bad luck with the weather but visiting Hue (40 minutes drive by the free shuttle) was a perfect alternative. The Hotel Manager Cristy took personal care of us, suggesting what to do in Hue, showing us around.

La Residence was the most perfect place to stay. The restored Art Deco building was amazing. it is such a grand building set in beautiful gardens. Our room was very comfortable and our balcony looked over the river. The most delicious breakfast. A fantastic pool which was needed after a day exploring Hue. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We used the hotel bikes to get around Hue. Our stay at La Residence has been a highlight of our trip to Vietnam.
