My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Loved our spacious, aesthetically pleasing room with a nice bathtub with bath salt, and the view of surrounding mountains from the room. I also took advantage of their pool (I went there on a chilly day so I took a cold plunge but you get used to it and the view is great), jacuzzi (hot/warm water of course) and gym (has squat rack and more). Also enjoyed their breakfast buffet, and their Vietnamese food especially pho was pretty good. And I loved that they served banh cuon and that you can make your own cafe sua with Vietnamese coffee beans. The staff there is really friendly, sweet and helpful, and they hooked us up with a nice birthday treat for my mom! Thank you so much!! For what we paid, our overall experience far exceeded our expectations.

Hotel had a perfect view to the mountains. Everything was clean. Hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. Location very good, close to Sapa town, catcat village and beautiful viewpoints. Breakfast has good variety. Staff is very friendly and I especially want to thank Sarah for being so kind and helpful during our stay. We were feeling a little hot in our room and she arranged extra airconditioning for us. Also helped us get transportation back to Hanoi. 100% recommend this hotel.
