My wife and I stayed here for a night during our travels around Vietnam. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Julie even prepared a cake for us which was a wonderful surprise. The room was also decorated nicely too which was really lovely. The staff at reception were also very friendly and Lily made the check in process feel very easy. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again.

It is a fantastic hotel with an amazing staff and many amenities. I would definitely come back again. Spa services are excellent (they provide a delicious tea while waiting in the reception area) and the business lounge area upstairs is wonderful to just enjoy the view and get comfortable. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The room service service was for a reasonable price. My stay was flawless thanks to the receptionist Lucy, she provided amazing support and answered all my questions. Great experience.
