The entire experience - personalised service, rooms, food - was exceptional from the moment we arrived! And the game viewing was superb too. I don't often give such positive reviews, but this was a true 5-star experience. The attention to detail is what makes the difference - it was notable that, while we were there, small patches on the exterior were being repainted, small branches sneaking on to the balcony were being trimmed, etc. Will definitely be going back asap

Rooms are fantastic and super comfortable. Personal touches on first evening welcoming drink, valet services and champagne in room shows of exceptional level of service. The food and service is outstanding and worthy of the 5 star rating. Personnel all very friendly and helpful with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Game drives a pleasure and guides extremely knowledgeable and animals and the surrounding. Definitely worth a visit!!
