Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

Please bear in mind that the access to the Ibaya restaurant is from 8 years old. Great hotel overall. The hotel is in great shape, rooms are well kept, communal areas look spotless. The Spa is great, and the staff is spot on. Overall, the hotel provides a top experience and has so far been the best place I have stayed at in Andorra. Highly recommended

Park Piolets MountainHotel & Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu and 600 metres from Vall d'Incles. Guests have free access to the gym, to the kids' club, and to a storage room for bicycles with tools and cleaning area. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Everything!! Love it! The staff, the breakfast, the location, the facilities! My kids love the kids club! Bianca and Victoria ( front desk) help us to arrange all our activities in Granvalira. It was amazing holidays. We want to come back! Highly recommend it!
