Most of them have a private balcony. It’s a wonderful hotel near the shopping center of Andorra la Vella, and it was a fantastic experience. Despite being close to the city’s bustling shopping district, the hotel is tucked away from the traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely breathtaking – a perfect backdrop for relaxation especially when we were using the spa. The hotel’s staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making sure every need was met. The facilities were spotless, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Highly recommend!

This 5-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. They go that extra mile for you to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

All rooms and suites are spacious and feature elegant décor, and the Royal Suites include luxurious décor elements, such as Swarovski diamonds. All rooms include a minibar, coffee machine, free WiFi, and pillow menu. The breakfast is amazing, the whole hotel is really good, the staff is there to make it great for you, whatever you need, they take care of it. The mini club for the kids is really good too.

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

Please bear in mind that the access to the Ibaya restaurant is from 8 years old. Great hotel overall. The hotel is in great shape, rooms are well kept, communal areas look spotless. The Spa is great, and the staff is spot on. Overall, the hotel provides a top experience and has so far been the best place I have stayed at in Andorra. Highly recommended

The staff, the breakfast, the location, the facilities! My kids love the kids club! Bianca and Victoria ( front desk) help us to arrange all our activities in Granvalira. It was amazing holidays. We want to come back! Highly recommend it!
