At one time, the AC stopped working, and once I called reception, technicians arrived immediately to resolve the issue. The hotel employees were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. The pool is quite large and the private beach is also within walk reach. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, be it on the pool or the beach. There are some water sports at the hotel's beach as well (jet ski, boat trip etc...)
