Search five-star hotels in Australian Capital Territory

The warm welcome and help to the top room from Jac was very much appreciated for my 6 night stay. Meeting Jac and Tommy and their help in me getting to know Canberra,my first but not my last time staying here,5 stars.

Everything! It felt like home while still delivering the full five star experience. The staff were all so nice and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and all the little things and attention to detail made the whole experience one we thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.

Couldn’t fault it. Spa sauna and rooftop pool and fire pit access were first class. Under ground secure parking and comfortable new luxury apartment with wi fi and streaming tv coffee machine etc. five stars and reasonable price.

The location was perfect in the city. The room amazing and great bathroom products. The staff deliver a high standard of service. Everything about the location, style of hotel was honestly 5 stars. We would have stayed another night if we didn’t have other plans. I worked in 5 star hotels and this place was the best. Also parked in the Carlton in parking facilities.

For a family of four on a budget holiday , this place was exactly what we expected. It’s a slightly out dated place so if your use to 5 stars accommodation this is definitely not your seen. The room was big and clean , our children were excited to have a bath in our room. Plenty of cupboard spaces with comfy beds. Lovely owners and close to public transport.

Staff were exceptional. At checkin they knew we were celebrating a special occaision and went above & beyond to make our stay exceptional. 5 stars

I expected to find that I was booked into a standard room with a king sized bed. Instead I found myself in a suite with ultra modern facilities which even included remotely operated curtains 😁 Not sure if I was upgraded or not, but I guess I will find out when I stay here next time. I have tried quite a few hotels in Canberra and this is by far the best. Breakfast options were comprehensive. The staff were friendly and very helpful. 5 stars.

I booked a weekend away for my parents here at the Crowne Plaza Canberra over the weekend. They came back today and had nothing but great words to say about their stay at your hotel. From the room, facilities, staff and even their daily breakfast - there was not one fault. They even recommended for me to stay there next time I am in Canberra. So thank you for looking after them and your great hospitality. 5 stars.
