The staff were really nice and helpful. Mr Shoukree and Mr.Ronan as.well as Julia were superb!. The location was great. The hotel provided city travel passes for the days of our stay.

The hotel was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us our free transport pass to use the local tram service. The area was great with plenty of restaurants for our evening meal.

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location in the old town. Walking distance to all the Christmas markets and right by public transport. Hotel has 5 star decor and finishes with clever attention to detail and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing attention to details, stunning interiors and amenities worthy of a 5 star hotel. Great location in relation to both museums and airport. Close to transport options and Old Town.
