The restaurant staff were wonderful with our 18 month old granddaughter.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, and hammam, as well as a restaurant. The food and wine were excellent. Staff cordial and attentive. Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

Furthermore the spa features an indoor swimming pool with underwater music, a jacuzzi, a steam bath, a sauna, a baroque-style fitness room, massages and a beauty centre. everything was perfect - as my schedule was jammed and I was due to arrive at around 9am - the team responded to my "backward" booking quickly and prepared the room for my arrival! Breakfast was excellent (and the cafe with the terrace), the room was clean and comfy, special thanks to Emma at the reception desk

The UN headquarters, the financial district and the Rue du Rhone can be reached in a short walk. Amazing staff and location. The best hotel in town. 4s is posh but no soul. This has British soul with swiss heritage. Only address if you can afford it.

8mn walk from Cornavin train station, minutes from the UN, with luxury airport limousine service available on request. Everything was wonderful from arriving to departure. I am speechless, such welcoming staff and great location, great room and Everything is super.
