This hotel is beautifully restored with the finest materials to the highest quality. Every detail has been done to perfection. We ate at the Ai Pero Italian sister restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast from the hotels Michelin star kitchen was amazing. I would very highly recommend staying.

The room is huge and very clean. The bathroom is 5 star. The hoster and hostess are very friendly. The breakfast has a lot of varieties. And we packed rest of the breakfast for lunch.

We had just one night in this hotel but it was enough to give 5 stars. I would like to thank you Keratin for her kind and marvellous customer services. Just one more thing the breakfast was delicious. I really would recommend it. Many thanks.

Absolutely stunning surroundings and castle. The staff are 5 star and so helpful. We ate at the on-site restaurant and it was a culinary delight. 10/10 would love to go back.

All the amenities and comfort you would expect at a 5 star hotel. Clean and spacious. Attention to detail was top notch. For example- new kitchen utensils, umbrellas,portable fan,illuminated wardrobes,comfortable dining chairs on the terrace,washing machine,beer and water supplied. The host Brigitte is very amiable and baked us a delicious cheesecake! Home from home! Also the location is great for touring the Moselle and Rhine areas. We took a local bus(€3.60) into Koblenz and had a boat tour along the rivers.

Best atmosphere, great recent refurbishment, intimate and exclusive with small number of rooms, which explains the lack of an evening meal. The breakfast is 5 star, the dining room incomparable.
