Great great apartment complex with organized life inside beautifull complex. Everything superb! Safety, cleanless, staff!!! 10 stars accomodation. The best place in DR. The owner is more than a great person! All are very friendly!

The pool, gardens and staff are a dream. New, modern and very well kept. The design and condition of the villa was excellent. Security is solid. Designated parking spot is great. The wifi was excellent, although there are random brownouts that will knock you off wifi for about 5 mins, which was not ideal for my remote work meetings on a few occasions. Rafy is one of the most responsive, kind and fair host. It was a pleasure corresponding with him and he really made the experience a five star one.

Hotel Zapata a true gem in Boca Chica. The interior design of the courtyard is simple elegant and tasteful. The plants location and placement is like a zen garden! The lobby is stunning! There is an outdoor bar, coffee place where you can get your drinks all day long. The staff is incredible friendly and helpful. Cesare was my favorite who assisted with my personal request. Next door there is amazing restaurant. We dine there every evening. Their paella is the best I have ever tasted.

Food was ok nothing great, had 2 meals breakfast was good but very little,and dinner was over cooked fish and chicken.

From checkin and during my 5 night stay everything was great. The staff is friendly, and this is my favorite hotel in Boca Chica. Iv'e stayed here many time, and the accommodations are excellent
