Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The Premium Suite was incredibly spacious, with a comfortable living room and beds that were nothing less than heavenly. We arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but to our delight, the staff prepared our room in just 30 minutes without charging extra or us even asking—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! The same hospitality extended to our late check-out. Once they learned that our ride back to Cairo was scheduled for the evening, they graciously allowed us to enjoy the room until then, ensuring a stress-free end to our stay. A special thanks to Mohammed at the reception desk for his outstanding service! The view from the suite was beautiful, offering a serene outlook over the marina and the boats. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend opting for the all-inclusive deal offered by the hotel — it’s great value and would have made even more sense for us. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of this option since we booked via Booking.com. The price-to-quality ratio is fantastic, making this a great choice for anyone visiting Port Ghalib. The staff, from receptionists to waiters, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for a tranquil and luxurious getaway for couples and/or families.
