The staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble for them. In fact, the hotel really is geared to make your skiing holiday very comfortable: there is a minibus to take you to and from the lift; and the staff will take your skis from your locker to the minibus, and back again, as well as bring you your shoes. It's also worth mentioning that the room was very comfortable and super quiet; we never heard another guest! The little chocolates that they left every afternoon as a post-skiing treat was also a lovely detail.

The hotel chef and dining room staff are responsive and offer a variety of flavourful offerings. The staff are genuinely service oriented. The beds are comfortable.. NOT HARD! and the linen and towels are of high quality. Finally a Ski hotel that makes up a bed with a duvet AND a top sheet. Thank you!

We are so impressed, all the people are very friendly and careful: in the restaurant, bar, reception, everywhere . Hotel provides skiing guide, Gemma is very helpful and charming. The service is for five stars hotel. Food is amazing and there’s big choice, rooms are clean. highly recommend this hotel
