There is also limited, onsite private parking. This is a quaint little boutique hotel with an old world charm so fitting with the vibes in Bath. The rooms were really comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I really liked having a pantry for late night ice cream cravings.

Situated in Bath's Royal Crescent, this magnificent 5-star hotel offers a fully equipped gym and a stunning spa, leading out onto a picturesque landscaped garden. It also offers an award-winning restaurant and a cocktail bar. Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

The gardens are stunning, and the outdoor heated pool is a true highlight — peaceful, relaxing, and a real treat. A fantastic experience all around.
