The concierge service supported us with the booking of activities in town, which made our overall experience more enjoyable. The personnel also supported us with special wishes, including transport and storage of our wines (purchased in Santorini) so they would not get spoiled in the car in the hot weather. Breakfast was also daily freshly prepared using partially locally sourced ingredients.
