The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel at home, and their responsiveness was outstanding. they were always available whenever I needed assistance. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully maintained, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional service. Every interaction left me smiling, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and happiness.
