The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed here for one week and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The airport transfer was included in the price, which made our arrival and departure very easy and stress-free. Upon arrival, we even received a lovely welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was cleaned every day, and we also received beach towels, which was very convenient. Throughout our stay, the team was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

A BIG thank you to all the staff of this resort! Especially to Fofi! We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

A heartfelt thank you to Helen for the incredible massage, it was deeply relaxing. This place gave us beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever. A perfect start to our new chapter!

The location is perfect—right on the beach, with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh, delicious options. Definitely the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Zakynthos!

This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town. The sandy beach is only 100 metres away and last year won the European Blue Flag for the cleanness of its waters. You can enjoy a variety of sport activities here. From check in to check out, the Hotel Contessina was amazing. Polite and accommodating staff were everywhere, including the cleaning folks, bartenders, pool staff, check in desk, and servers. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and the AC went to a cool level, which we loved after those hot days. The showers were large with rain shower and a powerful handheld jet, if you liked that option. Each evening, turn down service was exceptional and the fruit or sweet plate hit the spot. The most surprising and touching part of it all was the parting gift we were given during our check out. It was a bottle of olive oil and two jars of marmalade from the Contessina farm. A handwritten note thanking us for our stay with them seemed out of place in that it felt we should be giving them a gift for all the warm hospitality. The only knock is really the town itself, which is a matter of my personal opinion. The good is that the ATV rental place is right across the street so, if you're into that, it was very convenient. The town itself felt a bit like Cabo on spring break. Many bars and cheesy places to go to. The restaurants weren't that unique and many had the same menu items. We didn't venture much out of the hotel and it's, by far, the best property anywhere close to where it's located. Decent walk to a very crowded beach. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Zakynthos!
