At the beginning, the room we booked had an issue related to the air conditioning (made a noise). When we ask them to repair, they came and did it. but the same problem occurred again and again. Then they gave us an upgraded room. It was nice.

Rooms are spotless with modern luxuries like smart TVs, strong aircon and beautiful wooden finishes. The staff truly make this hotel special. I sprained my ankle on the first day of our stay (not at the hotel) and the staff (particularly Eka - he was so kind and hospitable) immediately assisted me by calling medics and assisting me with anything they could when I returned to the hotel. The location is literally two roads away from the beach and near quite a few busy bars - yet the rooms are totally soundproof. Highly recommend for a convenient yet comfortable stay in Canggu.

Belajar is absolutely premium, stylish, immaculate and of the highest quality. We spent 2 nights here and were so sad to leave. The staff were absolutely phenomenal, super helpful and friendly. They made us coffee in the mornings and evenings as we sat by the pool. I have a phobia of geckos, and Bali has them everywhere. The staff were so amazing that they came to our room 4 times in one night just to help find the geckos and remove them. They even then moved us to another room away from the trees so that no geckos could come into the room. It felt like I was right at home. The rooms are stunning!!! The pool is like a little oasis.
