Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. The food was absolutely fantastic! The dining options were diverse, and each meal was a culinary delight. Whether it was the local delicacies or international dishes, the flavors were rich, and the presentation was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to every palate. As for the amenities, they were nothing short of luxurious. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The pool area was pristine and inviting, offering a perfect spot for relaxation amidst the tranquil surroundings. The Papandayan exceeded all our expectations, and we left with wonderful memories of our stay. Without a doubt, we will be returning to this gem of a hotel on our next visit to Bandung. Modern and stylish, the spacious air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. En suite see-through marble bathrooms feature double sinks, as well as a rain shower. Everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the staff. The hospitality was top-notch! My daughter received a teddy bear from the receptionist, which made her extremely happy as she exclaimed, "This is the best hotel ever!" The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of traditional Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. We were also greeted with a welcome message in our room. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably fit four adults. Overall, it was one of our best stays.

It was super clean, we had everything and the staff was so nice to our little boy that was for me the most important of our whole experience, we said one time his name and the whole staff knew him. This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place.
