The view was absolutely stunning. What a delight to wake up every morning and watch the lake and its islands. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The spa treatment and service were a delight as well.
The breakfast choices were plenty and healthy options offered as well which I much appreciated.

Absolutely 10 stars for pleasant welcome. Peaceful place just minutes away from centre of Killarney. Overall atmosphere like in 5 stars hotel but service especially while having the breakfast almost like visiting close family.

We loved everything about the Randles. Best hotel we ever stayed in. No complaints. The price was fantastic for such a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the decor was stunning, the rooms were spotless and cosy. 5 stars 🌟

I don't know why it's not a 5 star , it was and is a super hotel. I've seen other four stars that wouldn't come near the plaza , it should be five star at least

Very clean, well appointed, comfortable and well maintained room. Great location We considered the hotel 4.5 stars for it’s overall appearance, furnishings and service. The Nespresso coffee machine capsules and chocolate luxury biscuits were an unexpected treat. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great environment! That's what a hostel should be! The beds are amazing, really comfortable and with the curtains, it seems that you are sleeping in a room alone! The backyard is beautiful with the garden, the chickens, a place with a piano... It seems that you are in a rural sanctuary! The prices are super accessible for the Irish reality. The workers are super nice, 5 stars guys for a 5 stars hostel!!
