The staff was excellent: very polite, helpful, and friendly. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean with excellent amenities. I also enjoyed a lovely Keralan-style massage at their Ayurvedic Centre. Food was tasty and the menu had a good choice of varieties.

Staff very helpful with everything else we've needed. A great restaurant with a very good variety on the menu. Pool is cool and inviting, air conditioning works well, fan in the room as well. Great facilities overall. We extended our stay as we were happy and comfortable at this hotel.

The non veg thali was amazing . Squid, chicken sardines curry prawn with crab soup. Dessert was payassam. The breakfast was nice buffet .please do ask for the coffee

Originally built to serve as the mayor’s residence, this 5-star heritage property is surrounded by a garden and is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. It offers free Wi-Fi access throughout its premises. Street parking is available. The staff were easily the best aspect of our stay. Very courteous, competent and cheerful. The rooms are spacious and well maintained.

The check-in process was very easy and the reception staff made us feel welcomed. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the hygienic. The Hotel does not have its own kitchen. But since I was visiting for work purposes, it did not make much of a difference. They have a separate room for drivers and the driver was very well taken care. Check-out process was equally smooth. They have an option of late check-out and they were accommodative to let us be there for a little longer for no additional charge. It is definitely a must book place for me.
