The room, hotel, and surroundings were incredible but what we will be talking about for years is the service. Not sure if I can say names on here but the very personable lady who checked us in (the one that had formerly worked at Disney) was so incredibly helpful, giving us a tour of the whole property upon our arrival which is quite large and giving us many recommendations for our few days in Puglia. The head of the bar program (the one who had previously worked in London) was so passionate about his craft, making very unique cocktail made almost exclusively with ingredients of Puglia or even the property. Some of the best cocktails we have had and great company too. This hotel is first rate and the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, it doesn't get any better! We were quite sad to leave and say goodbye to the staff, thanks again for the great experience.

Don Ferrante - Dimore di Charme is in Monopoli's historical centre and offers a sunbathing area with views of the Mediterranean Sea. First off, the location was great. We loved being on the water but with access to the historic center (everything was walkable). The hotel office staff were very communicative and helped us figure out the free parking situation. They have a golf cart they use to shuttle guests and luggage to and from nearby parking spots located just outside the old town center. The size, cleanliness, and comfort of the bedroom and bathroom scored high for us. The bed (a true king) was very comfortable, and the double sinks in the bathroom were a big bonus. The amenities in the room, like water, slippers, bathrobes, and even scale were also really appreciated. The breakfast was perhaps the most special, with warm/friendly restaurant staff and homemade cakes, savory dishes, and delicious coffee. We were lucky to get the window seat that looked out onto the ocean all the mornings of our visit. I should note that, due to the time of year, their rooftop restaurant was closed and the outdoor pool, while filled, didn't appeal for obvious reasons. However, I can imagine these facilities being a special part of a visit at another time.

We loved everything about Le Alcove - the room is outstanding, the breakfast is to die for and the staff is so friendly and welcoming that it became difficult to leave the hotel

Most rooms include free spa access. Everything! Great pool, great breakfast terrace, great dining choices. Room was excellent with sweeping views to the sea.

Let me start by saying it’s the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed directly on the water and in front of your room is the most glorious pool immaculate the food was incredible. The service was the best magic is all I could say God willing I would love to go back there.
