Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented. The staff were extremely friendly and greeted us by name. The piano lobby was beautiful and with nice ambiance excellent cocktails and excellent service thanks a lot for all the personnels and staff of grand hotel villa de Serbelloni The room lovely decorated the bathroom has shower and bathtub as well the service of the transportation from Milan airport and from the hotel to Milan airport was excellent service thanks for the nice professional driver sénior LUIGI .
