Our stay was delightful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which set a wonderful tone for our visit. The rooms and the entire property were impeccably clean and well maintained. The hotel staff, particularly the reception team, were exceptionally courteous and went above and beyond to assist us — even helping us organize a lovely bike tour around the lake. One of the highlights of our stay was the private Turkish bath in our room — it was absolutely exceptional and such a unique experience that it will be hard to go back to a regular room after this.

There are also modern conference facilities, which can accommodate a maximum of 100 delegates. Hotel room was very well furnished/decorated, the hotel and rooms are all very modern in style (while many luxury hotels in Como are not), and the staff were incredibly helpful. The spa was also a real highlight - incredible!
